As someone who is a part of the LGBTQ+ community, I place great value on ensuring that our time together is judgement-free, supportive, and safe for you to be your authentic self! My approach is your approach. This means that the types of therapy that we use together are ones that you feel comfortable with and that align with your ultimate goals.

 

As your therapist, I will always be authentic and genuine. That means that sometimes I might challenge you to consider alternate perspectives or to step out of your comfort zone. However, I am here to support you and be your cheerleader as you make your way toward your goals! My previous clients would likely describe me as a pillar of stability, lighthearted, and maybe a little bit goofy. Laughter is the best medicine after all!

Outside of Work

Despite my goofy nature, I am an introvert at heart! That means you’ll likely find me playing video games or reading a book on the couch with my cat Eleanor and my dogs Bazel and Olive. You might also find me in the kitchen attempting to recreate recipes that I found on Instagram and TikTok (with mixed results!). I also love to exercise by going on walks, lifting weights, or cycling while blasting one of my many Spotify playlists.
