Jenna Gagliardi, M.A.
REGISTERED PSYCHOTHERAPIST
I work with individuals who feel disconnected from themselves—those navigating eating disorders, emotional overwhelm, identity or sexuality held in silence, or the quiet exhaustion of masking and neurodivergence. My approach is both clinical and intuitive, blending evidence-based modalities with a deep respect for the inner world, the body’s wisdom, and the symbolic layers of a person’s lived experience. Together, we explore the spaces beneath behaviour and language—the places where old stories are held, where the nervous system speaks, and where the self longs to be heard. Therapy with me is not just about symptom reduction but about returning to a truer sense of self, learning to soften toward your inner world, and allowing insight, embodiment, and transformation to rise in their own time.

What It's Like to Work With Jenna

Working with me feels steady, collaborative, and deeply supportive. I move at your pace while gently challenging the patterns that keep you feeling stuck, whether that’s around food, self-worth, identity, relationships, or sensory and emotional overwhelm. I bring a grounded, compassionate presence into the room, helping you feel safe enough to explore the harder places while also learning practical tools to create real change. Clients often tell me they feel seen, understood, and less alone—that therapy with me feels like a mix of honesty, curiosity, and calm. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body, your inner voice, and the parts of yourself that deserve space, confidence, and care.

Outside of Work
I find my own sense of ease in quiet moments, whether I’m walking outside, moving my body, or simply noticing the softness of everyday life, and I bring that same grounded presence into my work. Something fun about me is that I’m a lifelong dancer—ballet and contemporary especially—and I love how movement helps us reconnect with ourselves. Dance is a reminder that healing doesn’t always have to feel heavy; it can also be creative, embodied, and full of joy.
